Harry Potter: Return to Hogwarts Date, Time, Where to Watch, Cast, Trailer, and More.
Return to Hogwarts is now available. The highly anticipated
Harry Potter reunion special episode will air worldwide on Saturday, bringing
together the primary Harry Potter trio of Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Emma
Watson (Hermione Granger), and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) to commemorate the
20th anniversary of the first film. (The first book's 20th anniversary was in
June of 2017.) Radcliffe, Watson, and Grint will visit Warner Bros. Studio Tour
London – The Making of Harry Potter with other members of the Harry Potter film
cast and crew to chat about their experiences working together on the eight
films, weep and hug a lot (naturally), and reminisce about the magical years.
Unlike the Friends reunion special, there is no host or special guests here.
In the same vein as Friends: The Reunion, Harry Potter:
Return to Hogwarts is produced by HBO Max, the streaming service owned by
Warner Bros. Pictures' sister company, which appears to be making a habit of
producing unscripted reunion specials based on big famous nostalgic properties
in order to grow itself. It's an intriguing growth strategy. (HBO Max also
published all 2021 Warner Bros. movies on its service on the same day, which
irritated Hollywood players.) Despite the fact that Harry Potter: Return to
Hogwarts is an HBO Max original, it was sold to other broadcasters because HBO
Max is not available everywhere. Here's everything you need to know about the
Harry Potter reunion special, including when and where you can see it.
In India, the release date for Harry Potter: Return to
Hogwarts has been set.
The two-hour Harry Potter reunion special will be released
worldwide on January 1st, New Year's Day. On the same day as the rest of the
world, Harry Potter: Return to Hogwarts will be released in India.
In India, Harry Potter: Return to Hogwarts will be released
at a later date.
From 2:30 p.m. IST on January 1, Harry Potter: Return to
Hogwarts will be streamed in India.
That isn't quite in line with when it will be released
elsewhere. The Harry Potter reunion special will air at 12 a.m. PT / 3 a.m. ET
in the United States.
This translates to 1:30 IST, which means Indian Harry Potter
fans will have to wait an hour longer.
Trailer for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban: Return
to Hogwarts
HBO Max released a 90-second trailer for the Harry Potter
reunion special earlier in December, giving fans a sneak peek at what they
might expect. It sees the central trio and a large number of other cast members

their recollections, discussing how they became a family, and discussing how
they felt about their parts.
